Workshop - Writing a MaP for your child
The MaP Folder is a parent-held summary of your child's special needs, along with a clear plan of the issues you would like to work on, and what you would like to achieve for each of these. Used well, we have found it to be a powerful tool to structure partnerships between families, schools and other services, so that everybody understands what is going on, and works together. We are planning workshops to take small groups of parents step by step through the process of putting together a MaP folder for your child. This form is to provide us with information about the best way to run these workshops. |
