The most important section in your MaP Folder is the goals you want to achieve for your child. This should be at the front of the folder.

These goals are your statement of:

• What is most important for you to work on
• What is most important for you to achieve.

Goals help everybody work on the same issues, and work in the same direction

Setting Goals

If you want to write them by hand, print out the PDF template.
If you want to edit them on your computer, use the DOC template.

Print out the HOW TO guide to help you and use the example if it helps.

When you have finished, you should have an efficient list of the areas you want to work on, and the goals you would like to achieve. These should be placed in the front of your folder.
